1. Afghani Chicken

Ingredients - chicken (cut into pieces) - Hung curd -1 cup cream -2 tsp black pepper & salt for taste - Cashew nut & Magaz paste -2 tsp butter -5 to 6 Choti Elaichi powder - Lemon juice -Ginger/garlic paste

Method . Mix all ingredients
with hung curd and marinate chicken pieces with the mixture and keep it aside
for ½ hour, meanwhile prepare charcoal grill. . Place marinated chicken
on skew and grill in a tandoor or pan and serve hot. |
2. Tandoori chicken
